What You’ll Need to Succeed:

- Basic understanding of project management principles
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello)
- Knowledge of the healthcare or manufacturing sectors
- Certification such as CAPM or PMP
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in project coordination or support roles
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with 3 days on-site in Hatfield and 2 days remote
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project needs
