Role Description
This full-time Reception Administrator role is based on-site in Newcastle upon Tyne. The role will involve managing general administrative tasks, assisting with office operations, maintaining a professional telephone manner, and supporting the team with administrative needs. Key duties will include managing schedules, greeting clients, handling inquiries, and ensuring the efficient operation of the reception and office environment.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in General Administration and Administrative Assistance to handle daily operations efficiently
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and a professional Telephone Manner for interacting with clients and team members
- Proficiency in using Office Equipment and related tools to streamline office tasks
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and deliver excellent client service
- Prior experience in a healthcare or office environment is a plus
- Attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
