HR Administrator (FTC 3-4 Months)

Crawley Part-time - Up to 25 hours per week £13+ per hour

The Role

My client is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team on a 3-4 month fixed-term basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a busy HR function during a period of transition, offering flexibility around both working hours and location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating and maintaining accurate employee records on the HR system
  • Processing employee changes (e.g. contracts, personal details, job updates)
  • Supporting with general HR administration and data management
  • Ensuring HR records are up to date, compliant, and well-organised
  • Assisting with reporting and system maintenance tasks as required

About You

  • Previous experience in an HR Administration role
  • Strong experience working with HR systems (essential)
  • Confident handling data entry, updates, and system maintenance
  • Experience with UKG would be advantageous, but not essential
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
