Business Analyst (Mid level to Senior) – Digital & Transformation Consulting

Who you'll be working with:

Our client is a leading global consultancy that partners with organisations to deliver complex business and technology transformation programmes. Working across a range of industries, they help clients turn strategy into action through innovative solutions, operational improvements, and digital transformation initiatives.

What you'll have the opportunity to work on:

• Conduct business process analysis and document AS-IS and TO-BE process models.
• Gather, analyse and validate business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
• Create functional specifications, user stories, process maps and supporting project documentation.
• Facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Develop business cases and support solution design activities.
• Support testing, change management and successful project delivery.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across all levels of an organisation.

What we need from you:

• Experience working as a Business Analyst within a consultancy, advisory or digital consulting environment.
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience facilitating workshops and engaging with both business and technical teams.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and the full project lifecycle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
• Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio or similar business analysis tools.
