- Providing day-to-day administrative support to senior staff and project teams
- Coordinating meetings, managing diaries, and tracking project timelines
- Setting up, maintaining, and updating project records and documentation
- Managing client portals and ensuring all information is accurate and up to date
- Maintaining structured electronic filing systems
- Raising invoices and processing timesheets and expenses
- Acting as a key point of contact for client enquiries via phone and email
- Monitoring and managing shared inboxes
We're looking for someone who is detail-focused, organised, and confident working in a busy, client-facing environment.
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience in an administrative or project coordination role
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident and professional communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
