Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team, supporting campuses across the UK and Ireland.
This role combines hands-on employee relations work with strong stakeholder partnering, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a varied, fast-paced environment.
You’ll work on a hybrid basis, travelling 2–3 days per week to our Warwick Head Office (relocating to Bedworth, Coventry in September 2026) and campuses.
What you’ll do
- Manage a range of employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence and capability
- Provide hands-on HR support to leaders across multiple campuses
- Build strong, effective relationships with senior stakeholders
- Coach and guide managers on HR policies, processes and best practice
- Support organisational change, restructures and HR initiatives
- Attend sites regularly to support casework and stakeholder engagement
What we’re looking for
- Strong HR generalist background with ER expertise
- Experience working across multiple sites
- Confident stakeholder engagement
- CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent)
