Job Description

We have partnered with a growing business that is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join their London-based team. This role will play a key part in supporting the successful delivery of multiple projects, ensuring project documentation, timelines, resources, and administrative processes are managed accurately and efficiently.

The successful candidate will work closely with Project Managers and internal stakeholders to provide administrative support across the full project lifecycle, helping to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys organisation, coordination, and process management, and is looking to develop a long-term career within project management, operations, or business support.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support across multiple projects from initiation through to completion
  • Support Project Managers with project planning, coordination, scheduling, and reporting activities
  • Maintain project documentation, trackers, meeting notes, and status updates
  • Coordinate project meetings, manage calendars, and assist with stakeholder communications
  • Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure key deadlines are met
  • Liaise with internal teams to gather information, updates, and project requirements
  • Ensure project data and documentation are accurately maintained across internal systems and platforms
  • Assist with resource coordination, project administration, and workflow management
  • Track project actions, risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where appropriate
  • Support the preparation of project reports, presentations, and supporting materials
  • Identify and resolve administrative issues that could impact project delivery
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project processes and ways of working


Requirements:

  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Previous experience within a project administration, project support, coordination, operations, or business support role
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and workstreams simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across different teams and stakeholders
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem solving
  • Strong administrative capabilities with a process-driven mindset
  • Confidence working with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience using project management tools or internal systems would be advantageous
  • An interest in developing a career within project management, operations, or programme support
