Using innovative technology and AI powered tools, they help corporates, foundations and public sector organisations identify, fund and measure the impact of thousands of community initiatives across the UK.


Already working with some fantastic organisations and supporting over 17,000 community projects, the business has built a market leading platform and is now investing heavily in growth.


The Role:


This is a true Business Development role where you'll take ownership of the full sales cycle, from generating opportunities and opening conversations through to delivering demos, building business cases and closing deals.


You'll engage with senior stakeholders across corporates, foundations and public sector organisations, helping them achieve their ESG, CSR and social value objectives through a technology platform that delivers genuine and measurable impact.


This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys outbound sales, thrives on building relationships and wants to play a key role in the growth of a scaling technology business.


What You'll Be Doing:


• Building relationships with organisations looking to increase their social impact

• Generating new business opportunities through outbound activity, networking and referrals

• Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close

• Running discovery meetings and delivering engaging product demonstrations

• Building proposals and commercial business cases

• Working closely with marketing and customer success teams

• Attending industry events and representing the business externally

• Helping shape future sales strategy as the company continues to grow


What They're Looking For:


• Experience within Business Development, Sales or Commercial roles

• A proactive and self motivated approach

• Strong relationship building and communication skills

• Comfortable prospecting and creating new opportunities

• Experience managing a sales pipeline and closing deals

• Organised, resilient and commercially minded

• A genuine interest in purpose driven businesses and social impact


SaaS, technology or social impact experience would be beneficial, but attitude, drive and ambition are just as important.
