Job Description

We’re hiring a commercially focused BD Manager to drive growth through opportunity identification and insight-led strategy. This is a cross practice role that focusses around new business opportunities.


Key responsibilities

  • Identify and track new business opportunities
  • Analyse market, client, and competitor intelligence
  • Support pitches, proposals, and BD initiatives
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to drive growth plans


About you

  • At least five years of Business Development experience gained within a law firm or professional services
  • Experience of pursuits and client management
  • Strong commercial awareness and strategic mindset
  • Excellent stakeholder and communication skills


They offer hybrid working (3 days in the office) and a collaborative working environment.
