CyberArk Privilege Cloud Business Analyst (Contract) – London / Hybrid

Robert Half International (an S&P 500 global staffing provider) is supporting a global consulting organisation in the search for a highly experienced CyberArk Privilege Cloud Business Analyst to join a major enterprise security transformation programme within a complex financial services environment. This role is focused on bridging business and technical teams, capturing requirements across Privileged Access Management (PAM) and CyberArk Privilege Cloud, and supporting large-scale delivery across modern shared services and multi-cloud environments.

Assignment Details:

• Initial 6-month contract with strong likelihood of extension
• Start date: 2–3 weeks (fast-track onboarding)
• Location: London / Hybrid (onsite preferred, some flexibility)
• Daily rate: £500+12.07% p/day via PAYE

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate as the Business Analyst across CyberArk Privilege Cloud workstreams
• Engage with stakeholders across security, engineering, infrastructure and cloud teams
• Gather, document and prioritise business and technical requirements for PAM solutions
• Support delivery of Secure Cloud Access (SCA) and Secure Infrastructure Access (SIA) capabilities
• Translate technical CyberArk concepts into clear business requirements and user stories
• Support end-to-end delivery including workshops, process mapping, and UAT coordination
• Work within a regulated financial services environment on enterprise-scale transformation initiatives

Required Experience:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Cyber Security or IAM/PAM programmes
• Strong understanding of CyberArk Privilege Cloud and associated capabilities (SCA / SIA)
• Experience working on large-scale transformation programmes in financial services or regulated environments
• Ability to work closely with technical engineers while engaging senior business stakeholders
• Experience working across multi-cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Strong documentation, stakeholder management and delivery focus

Nice to Have:

• CyberArk knowledge/certifications (Defender / Sentry / Guardian)
• Experience supporting shared services / ISPSS CyberArk environments
• Previous consulting or global programme exposure
