AI Data Centre Delivery – Europe

Location: UK → Austria (9-month secondment)

Salary: Up to £70,000 + package

The Opportunity

We are recruiting for a Project Scheduler / Planner to support the successful delivery of a large-scale AI data centre project in Austria.

This role will be instrumental in driving programme certainty and ensuring alignment across complex construction and MEP activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project programmes (Primavera P6 / similar)
• Monitor progress against milestones and identify risks to delivery
• Produce short-term and long-term construction programmes
• Work closely with delivery teams to ensure programme alignment
• Provide critical path analysis and mitigation strategies
• Support reporting, dashboards, and progress updates to senior stakeholders
• Coordinate inputs across multiple disciplines and contractors

Requirements

• Experience as a Planner / Scheduler within construction or MEP
• Strong understanding of project sequencing and delivery
• Experience on data centre, infrastructure, or complex builds (preferred)
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or equivalent planning tools
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
