Pitches & Pursuits Project Manager

A professional services firm is seeking a Pitches & Pursuits Project Manager to join its Marketing & Business Development team on a 9-month fixed-term contract during a significant period of business transformation.

This role will focus on managing pitch and credentials content projects, supporting business development initiatives, and ensuring high-quality client-facing materials are delivered across global teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating updates to pitch and proposal materials across multiple stakeholders
• Supporting the development of compelling business messaging and content
• Managing project timelines, review meetings, and content workflows
• Quality checking presentations and marketing collateral
• Supporting live pitch opportunities with research, writing, and project coordination

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in project coordination or business development support
• Strong writing, editing, and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced PowerPoint and presentation development capabilities
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Experience working on pitches, proposals, or client-facing materials within a professional services environment
