D365 F&O Support Analyst (Finance Systems)

12 month contract

We’re looking for a hands-on D365 F&O Support Analyst to deliver support across finance applications and environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st & 2nd line support for D365 F&O modules, resolving issues in line with SLAs/KPIs
• Triage incidents and liaise with ISV partners
• Manage user access, security roles, and segregation of duties across finance systems
• Administer environments via LCS including DB refreshes and configuration
• Support end users with system queries, navigation, and best practices
• Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues
• Run operational processes
• Manage integrations and Azure services
• Own incident management via ensuring timely resolution

What we’re looking for:

• D365 F&O support experience (ideally 2 years experience)
• Understanding of LCS, security, and environment management
• Experience with integrations, ISVs, and Azure services
• Proactive problem-solver with strong stakeholder skills
