Salary / Package: Up to £55,000 + Benefits.
Hours: Full time, 08:30 - 5pm

Our client is a well-established internal finishes contractor based in London working on with an exciting portfolio and delivering major projects.
Due to continued growth plans they now seek an experienced Estimator to join their pre-construction department.
Role overview:
This is a full-time role based in London. As an Estimator, you’ll play a key role in the pre-
construction phase, preparing accurate cost estimates and submissions. You’ll work closely
with project managers, suppliers, and clients to ensure every project is priced
competitively and delivered to the highest standards. The Estimator will also be involved in
reviewing project specifications, conducting site visits, and ensuring compliance with industry
standards and regulations.
Requirements for the Estimator:
- Experience with construction estimating, tiling, stone finishes is essential.
- Experienced in conducting take-offs and material calculations
- Proficiency in using estimating software and tools
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- General computer literacy
- A proactive mindset
