Overview of the role

Valere Capital Partners is seeking a proactive and organised Client Engagement & Marketing Coordinator to work closely with and support the Client Engagement Manager in the day-to-day delivery of client engagement and marketing support activities.

This is a hands-on coordination role focused on maintaining accurate information, supporting marketing campaigns and events, assisting with client engagement activities, and helping ensure the smooth running of day-to-day processes across the business.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Client Engagement team to support relationship management, marketing campaigns.


Key Responsibilities


Client Engagement Support

  • Maintain and develop client, law firm and contact records.
  • Record and track relationship interactions, meetings and business development activities.
  • Support the management of client and relationship databases.
  • Assist with client engagement initiatives and follow-up activities.


Marketing Support

  • Create, update and maintain brochures, presentations and marketing materials.
  • Help with maintaining and updating the website
  • Support LinkedIn and other social media activity.
  • Assist with the planning and promotion of conferences, events and networking opportunities.
  • Maintain marketing content and ensure consistency of branding.
  • Support the creation and distribution of marketing communications.
  • Assist with research into prospective clients, law firms and market opportunities.
  • Maintain contact lists and distribution databases.
  • Support event attendance tracking and post-event follow-up activities.
  • Produce reports and summaries relating to client engagement and marketing activity.
  • Help identify opportunities to strengthen existing and new client relationships.
  • Provide support on ad hoc projects and undertake other tasks as required to support the needs of the business.


Skills and Experience


Essential

  • Approximately 2–3 years' experience in an administrative, client services, marketing, recruitment coordination or similar support role.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Mailmerge and Canva.
  • Experience creating professional presentations and marketing materials.


Desirable

  • Experience supporting marketing and client relationship activities.
  • Experience managing social media content, particularly LinkedIn.
  • Experience coordinating events and conferences.
  • Experience working within a professional services environment.
  • Knowledge of Wordpress and web-design using Elementor


Working pattern

  • Full-time, permanent position.
  • Hybrid working (three days per week in the office).
  • Standard working hours: 9:00am–6:00pm.
