The Role
Reporting into senior leadership, you will be responsible for extracting, analysing and interpreting data from multiple business systems to create meaningful management information and reporting solutions.
You will work with data from ERP, CRM and Ecommerce platforms, helping to streamline reporting processes and improve business visibility through automation and insight generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Extract and analyse data from ERP systems.
- Gather and consolidate information from CRM and Ecommerce platforms.
- Create and maintain Excel-based reports and dashboards.
- Design and automate reporting processes.
- Produce meaningful management information and business insights.
- Identify trends, opportunities and performance indicators.
- Work with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
- Support business improvement initiatives through data analysis.
What We're Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst or Reporting Analyst role.
- Advanced Excel skills including:
- Pivot Tables
- VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- Data Analysis
- Reporting Automation
- Experience working with ERP systems.
- Experience working with CRM platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to present data in a clear and meaningful way.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
- Experience automating reporting processes.
- Business Intelligence experience.
- Ecommerce reporting experience.

📍 Location: Evesham
🏢 This is a fully site-based role.

Candidates must be able to work on-site in Evesham for the duration of the contract.
