Senior Technical Project Manager

CALLING ALL Senior Project Managers looking for a new exciting perm role!

I am on the search for a Senior Project Manager (Events & Experiential) to take full ownership of complex, high-value builds that bring world-class brand experiences to life.

You’ll sit at the heart of delivery translating creative vision into reality, leading from concept through to execution on-site.

• Shape unforgettable, immersive brand experiences
• Deliver ambitious, high-profile projects for big name brands
• Real influence on projects with clear progression opportunities

What you’ll be doing...

• Managing budgets of £250k–£1m+, with strong commercial awareness.

Deep understanding of production, build, and materials

• A process-driven approach to project delivery, ensuring consistency and efficiency across complex projects.

• Managing multiple stakeholders, including clients, creative teams, suppliers, venues, and local authorities.

• Delivering projects internationally, including logistics and on-site execution across multiple markets.

• Health & safety, risk assessments, permits, and compliance requirements.

• Working with project management tools, producing clear schedules, timelines, and cost reports

What experience you’ll need to apply:

• Proven experience across events, experiential, live production, or large-scale brand activations a must!
• Strong experience managing high-value production budgets (£500k–£1m+)
• Ideally technical knowledge across build, materials, AV, lighting and rigging
• Ability to interpret and challenge technical drawings (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Vectorworks or similar)
• Strong supplier network and experience managing external partners
• Deep understanding of H&S, permits, insurance, and compliance
• Confident communicator, able to manage clients, contractors and internal teams
• Calm under pressure with a solutions-led mindset
• Passion for materials, innovation, and emerging technologies
• Experience mentoring or leading junior team members
