You'll spend your time meeting employers, building relationships, uncovering recruitment needs and creating job opportunities that genuinely change lives.

What you'll be doing

• Building relationships with local employers
• Identifying vacancies and recruitment opportunities
• Developing a pipeline of new business opportunities
• Matching suitable candidates to employer vacancies
• Supporting recruitment campaigns and hiring events
• Working towards clear performance targets

A typical day could include

• Starting your morning planning employer visits
• Meeting local businesses to discuss recruitment needs
• Following up opportunities in your employer pipeline
• Working with colleagues to identify suitable candidates
• Celebrating a participant starting a new job
