Gillespie Recruitment are partnering with a growing, forward-thinking organisation to appoint a QMS Coordinator in Newcastle.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in achieving ISO 9001 accreditation and embedding a strong culture of governance, compliance, and continuous improvement across the business. Working closely with the Head of Strategy & Governance, you will support the implementation, accreditation, and ongoing management of the company’s Quality Management System. You will ensure processes are robust, compliant, and effectively embedded across the organisation.
The Role

About You
3+ years’ experience working with ISO 9001 QMS
Experience supporting audits and maintaining compliance
Strong organisational and communication skills
Detail-focused with a structured, process-driven mindset
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Desirable
ISO 9001 Lead Auditor
Experience delivering QMS implementation projects
Knowledge of regulated environments (e.g. housing or compliance-led sectors)
