Job Description
A public sector organisation based in Brent, London is seeking a Heat Networks Project Manager to take day‑to‑day responsibility for the delivery of the South Kilburn District Heat Network, a major regeneration and decarbonisation project supplying affordable, low‑carbon heat to up to 3,000 homes.
This is a hands‑on project delivery role, ideal for someone with strong local authority or public‑sector capital project experience who is comfortable operating in a politically sensitive, resident‑facing environment

You will work closely with the Heat Network Strategy Manager, contractors, consultants, internal teams, elected members and residents to ensure the scheme is delivered on time, on budget and in line with governance and funding requirement

This is an initial 6-month contract position based in Brent, London, with hybrid working available (2 days per week in the office) and an hourly rate of £38 per hour via an Umbrella company inside IR35 (PAYE rates also availabl
e).
