We are working with one of Central London’s leading fit out contractors to appoint an experienced Project Director capable of leading and winning some of the most prestigious fit out schemes.

This role is far more than operational delivery. The successful individual will be a true client facing leader with the credibility, presence, and commercial instinct to win work, strengthen strategic relationships, and drive projects from pre-construction through to completion.
The Opportunity
- Lead landmark CAT A & CAT B fit out projects valued between £60m - £100m
- Full ownership across the entire project lifecycle
- Drive both work winning activity and operational delivery
- Build and maintain key relationships across the construction community
- Work directly with senior leadership and influence business strategy
- Operate with genuine autonomy and decision making authority
- Be part of a business known for promoting talent and accelerating careers
The Individual
- A proven track record delivering major fit out projects at a large scale
- Strong commercial and operational leadership capability
- Existing relationships within the consultant, client, and subcontractor market
- The ability to win, secure opportunities, and lead teams
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- A reputation as a modern, forward thinking fit out leader
