We are partnering with an established international business to find a Business Development Executive who can support commercial growth through proactive outreach, lead generation, and stakeholder engagement.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, identifying opportunities, and working within a target-driven environment while developing long-term commercial skills.
The Role:
• Conducting outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Identifying and engaging prospective clients and decision-makers
• Generating and qualifying leads for the wider commercial team
• Booking meetings and supporting pipeline growth initiatives
• Researching target markets, businesses, and industry trends
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and activity tracking
• Working closely with internal teams to support commercial strategy
• Contributing ideas and insights to improve outreach effectiveness
About You:
• Previous experience in sales, lead generation, business development, or a customer-facing role
• Strong communication skills, particularly over phone and email
• Confident conducting outbound outreach and building relationships
• Highly organised with strong follow-up and time management skills
• Motivated, resilient, and target-driven
• Eager to learn and develop within a commercial environment
• Comfortable working within a fast-paced team setting
