I’m currently recruiting for an exciting national Business Development Manager opportunity within a highly respected organisation specialising in smoke control and environmental ventilation systems used to enhance life safety and environmental performance in buildings.

The Role

• National Business Development position
• Focus on winning new service & maintenance contracts
• Manage and grow a number of existing key accounts
• Work with building owners, contractors and facilities teams across the fire and ventilation sector

Package

• Salary up to £55,000
• Uncapped commission
• Company car
• 26 days holiday + bank holidays
• Private healthcare
• Life insurance

Ideal Background

• Proven B2B sales experience selling service/maintenance contracts
• Experience within the fire industry
• Smoke ventilation or ventilation systems knowledge highly desirable (but not essential)
• Strong new business mindset with the ability to develop long-term client relationships
