Mechanical Project Manager

We are currently partnering with a leading Tier 1 M&E Contractor to find a Mechanical Project Manager to join their major projects division in Central London. This is a business known for engineering excellence, a collaborative culture, and an incredibly strong pipeline of work across the commercial, residential, and mixed-use sectors.

The Opportunity:

• Lead and deliver mechanical packages on flagship schemes valued up to £40M.
• Central London (excellent transport links and modern site offices).
• You will own the mechanical delivery from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover. You will manage specialist sub-contractors, drive the commercial and technical performance of the project, and maintain exceptional client relationships.

What we are looking for:

• A proven track record of managing mechanical packages upwards of £15M+ within a Tier 1 or Tier 2 M&E environment.
• Strong commercial acumen and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent leadership skills—someone who can motivate site teams and effectively manage client expectations.
• Relevant qualifications (HNC/HND/Degree in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering, SMSTS, etc.).
