Senior Project Manager – Development & Project Management

£80,000–£90,000 + Benefits
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a highly entrepreneurial, developer-led consultancy delivering complex regeneration and development projects across the UK.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to work across a diverse portfolio of high-profile schemes spanning hospitality, mixed-use, commercial, industrial/logistics, education, and large-scale regeneration.
The business offers a genuinely collaborative and non-corporate environment, with direct exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to play a key role in project delivery from inception through to completion.
The Role
- Lead and support the delivery of major development and regeneration projects
- Work across multiple sectors and project stages
- Manage client relationships and consultant teams
- Deliver projects within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial consultancy environment
- Opportunity to gain exposure to both consultancy and development-led work
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience within:
- • Project Management Consultancy
- • Development Management
- • Client-side consultancy environments
- Strong Contract Administration and Design & Build experience
- Proven track record delivering projects through multiple stages
- MRICS is essential (MCIOB also considered)
Preferred Sector Experience
Experience within one or more of the following sectors would be highly advantageous:
- Hospitality
- Commercial
- Residential / Accommodation
- Education
- Mixed-use developments
