A national law firm is looking to recruit a permanent BD Manager to work across multiple service teams. This is a new role and reflects growth across the whole firm. Reporting into the Head of BD, the role will see you:

• acting as a strategic advisor to the group leads, advising them on market strategy
• recommending client care and supporting key client programmes, pitches, pricing input and win/loss analysis
• developing business development and marketing initiatives such as campaigns and cross-office initiatives, in line with the firm’s wider strategy
• driving events, profile‑raising, PR, directories and digital activity
• use data and market information to analyse and map ROI

• You will have proven BD experience in a similar role within professional services
• Ideally bring experience of developing a successful practice/sector and can your own ideas
• Strong stakeholder management and commercial judgement
• Experience working across multiple teams, offices and international markets
• A positive ‘can do’ approach
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal, and attention to detail
