Graduate Teaching Assistant

MILK Education are currently recruiting enthusiastic and motivated graduates to work in schools across Salford as Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience, particularly if you’re considering a future in teaching, psychology, or SEMH work.

The Role:

• Supporting students in the classroom on a 1:1 or small group basis
• Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
• Helping students with additional needs (SEN/SEMH) to reach their full potential
• Creating a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree in any subject (Education, Psychology, Sociology, or related fields are advantageous)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, patient, and adaptable approach
• A genuine passion for working with young people
