Salary: £120,000 + £5,000 - £7,000 travel + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

The Role
You will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of a major commercial development from pre-construction through to completion, leading a high-performing project team and acting as the key interface with the client, consultants, and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Full project leadership of a £90m new-build commercial scheme
- Ownership of programme, delivery strategy, and site performance
- Acting as the senior client-facing lead for the project
- Driving commercial performance, risk management, and project profitability
- Leading multidisciplinary teams across design, commercial, and construction functions
- Ensuring best-in-class standards in health, safety, quality, and delivery
- Overseeing procurement strategy and major subcontractor packages
- Delivering a high-profile scheme in a live, complex Central London environment
What we’re looking for
- Proven track record delivering £50m–£150m+ commercial new-build projects
- Current or recent experience with a leading Tier 1 main contractor
- Strong background in major London commercial / office developments
- Confident leading large teams and high-value stakeholder relationships
- Excellent commercial acumen and delivery mindset
- Natural leader with presence, authority, and decision-making capability
- MCIOB / MRICS / MAPM (or equivalent) preferred
