Job Description

We’re recruiting on behalf of a high profile law firm seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to support its high-performing M&A practice in London. Working closely with senior stakeholders and partners, you’ll drive strategic BD initiatives across Digital Infrastructure transactions, Private Equity, and Public M&A, supporting client growth, pitches, market positioning, and cross-practice collaboration. The firm are well recognise to having shown their investment to growth, with this position adding to their continued success.


  • Prepare pitches, proposals, RFPs, credentials, and client materials.
  • Support business development strategy, client targeting, and pipeline activity.
  • Manage directory submissions, awards, market research, and CRM updates.
  • Collaborate across teams on thought leadership, events, and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Track BD activity and maintain marketing collateral and experience records.


Do you have?

  • Proven business development/marketing experience within legal.
  • Strong stakeholder management, writing, and project coordination skills.
  • Experience with research tools (e.g., PitchBook, Capital IQ, Bloomberg, Refinitiv) is advantageous.
  • Highly organised, commercially minded, and comfortable managing competing priorities.
