We're looking for a Social Media & Content Coordinator to join our growing marketing team, supporting the delivery of content, social media, and marketing campaigns across our global portfolio of live event brands.

This role sits within our Creative Marketing team and reports into the Senior Creative Marketing Lead, working closely with the wider marketing, events, and entertainment teams to help bring campaigns, event launches, and brand concepts to life.


This role would suit someone who is passionate about content creation, social media, digital marketing, and live events. The ideal candidate will have previous experience creating content, managing social media channels, and supporting marketing campaigns, with a strong desire to continue developing their skills within a fast-paced creative environment.


You'll be working across some of the world's most exciting live event brands, helping create content, manage social communities, and support campaigns that drive audience growth and ticket sales across multiple international markets.


What You'll Be Doing:


  • Managing day-to-day social media activity across multiple event brands and platforms
  • Assisting with the planning and creation of content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social platforms
  • Creating engaging content that supports audience growth, engagement, and ticket sales
  • Editing short-form video content using Premiere Pro and CapCut
  • Producing simple graphic design assets using Canva and Photoshop
  • Coordinating TikTok filming briefs and content opportunities across event brands
  • Booking and briefing videographers and photographers for upcoming events and content shoots
  • Assisting with photography and videography planning across tours, events, and marketing campaigns
  • Supporting influencer outreach, communications, and relationship management
  • Monitoring and responding to customer comments, messages, and enquiries across social channels
  • Assisting with email marketing campaigns and SMS marketing activity
  • Supporting PR communications and liaising with media and press contacts where required
  • Working closely with the creative team to develop new campaign ideas, event concepts, and content opportunities
  • Attending creative planning sessions and contributing ideas for upcoming events and campaigns
  • Supporting the wider office team where required in the delivery of events
  • Collaborating with marketing, events, and entertainment teams to ensure content aligns with campaign objectives and event delivery
  • Managing multiple projects, brands, and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of organisation and attention to detail


Working Pattern:

🏢 Monday – Friday: Office based in Oval, London

This is a fully office-based role. No hybrid or remote working.


About You:

  • Previous experience in social media, content creation, marketing, or a related role
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
  • Experience editing video content using Premiere Pro and/or CapCut
  • Basic graphic design skills using Canva and Photoshop
  • Strong written communication skills and confidence creating content for digital audiences
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Experience using tools such as Trello, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, or similar project management and collaboration platforms
  • Proactive, creative, and eager to learn and develop new skills
  • Strong interest in live events, music, entertainment, nightlife, festivals, and popular culture


Nice To Have:

  • Experience promoting live events, entertainment, hospitality, or consumer brands
  • Experience working with influencers, creators, or content partnerships
  • Understanding of email marketing platforms and CRM systems
  • Basic graphic design and content production experience
  • Photography or videography experience
  • Understanding of social media analytics and content performance reporting
