🚀 Project Coordinator | Remote (UK)
We're working with a fast-growing Digital Transformation MSP that is looking to appoint a Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of a major transformation project.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced technology environment, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and ensuring projects run smoothly from initiation through to delivery.
Key responsibilities will include:
✅ Coordinating project schedules, meetings, and workshops
✅ Maintaining project documentation, action logs, and delivery trackers
✅ Supporting governance, reporting, and project controls
✅ Liaising with technical teams, stakeholders, and third-party partners
✅ Assisting with resource coordination and project communications
✅ Ensuring project artefacts and documentation remain accurate and up to date
We're keen to speak with individuals who have:
✔ Previous experience supporting IT, technology, or digital transformation projects
✔ Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
✔ Excellent communication and documentation abilities
✔ Experience working across multiple workstreams and priorities
✔ A proactive and detail-oriented approach
