Site Project Manager

We have an urgent immediate requirement for a project manager to run a thirty unit development in Northeast London. The apartment block is built with a concrete slab and a steal frame. You will be the number one on the project, managing subcontractors and direct labour and be , responsible for the overall scheme.

You must be able to start at short notice and be comfortable in running your own project from groundworks to completion.

You'll be working for a small developer who is growing rapidly, providing social and affordable housing to local authorities in London.
